BMI = wazan (kg) ÷ (qad meter mein)². Misal: 70 kg aur 1.70 m = 70 ÷ 2.89 = 24.2. 18.5 se kam kam-wazan, 18.5–24.9 normal, 25–29.9 zyada wazan aur 30 se oopar motapa shumar hota hai. Yeh sirf aam rehnumai hai, tibbi mashwara nahin.
Discount kaise calculate karein?
Bachat = qeemat × discount ÷ 100, aur adaigi = qeemat − bachat. Misal: 4,500 par 20% discount = 900 bachat, dena 3,600. Do discount aik saath lagen to woh jama nahin hote — pehla lagane ke baad baqi raqam par doosra lagta hai.
